What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER) or via PAYPAL.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, we ship your order within 1–2 days after receiving it. During holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Can I choose a specific carrier?
Sorry, you cannot choose the carrier. We ship via YanWen Standard Shipping or Express Air Shipping, both with full tracking available.
Are there any shipping fees?
Shipping is free for orders over $59 (including tax). For orders under $59 (including tax), shipping charges will apply. For orders over $299 (including tax), we provide free Express Air Shipping (3–10 days delivery).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from around the world. Our shipping channels are reliable, so no worries!
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
After confirming your order, we will send an "Order Confirmation" email to your registered email address. If you didn’t receive it, there might be a typo in the email address you provided during registration, or your email software may have marked it as spam. Please check your "spam" or "junk" folder.
I clicked the wrong button. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 business day before it ships. *Please note, cancellations are no longer accepted after the order has been shipped.
Can I change the product after placing an order?
Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept product changes. If you need to change your order, please cancel the current order and place a new one.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
You can change the shipping address before your order ships. *Please note that we cannot accept address changes once the order has been shipped.
